The products are mainly made up of sugarcane pulp, wheat straw pulp and wood pulp according to customer requirements. Generally, wood pulp accounts for 10% of the pulp board, wheat straw pulp accounts for 10%, and sugarcane pulp board proportion accounts for 80%. Different customers have different requirements on products, and the mixing ratio of sugar cane pulp, wheat straw pulp and wood pulp is also different. First, the sugar cane pulp, wheat straw pulp and wood pulp are placed in a hydraulic pulper for about 5 minutes according to the ratio, and the hydraulic pulper is started to be disintegrated. The crushed slurry is diluted in the mixing tank and added during the dilution process. The oil repellent and the water repellent, the slurry agitator stir the slurry evenly, and then the diluted slurry is pumped into the slurry tank by the slurry pump, stirring is continued, and the pulping process is completed.
The slurry in the slurry tank is pumped through the slurry pipeline to the molding machine of the disposable green paper mold automatic production line, and the water in the slurry is removed by vacuum suction on the molding machine to make the fibers in the slurry. It is adsorbed on the screen for molding to form a wet billet. The wet blank and the screen are manually transferred together to a hot press setting machine. At a temperature of about 230 degrees and a pressure of about 15 tons, the moisture in the wet embryo is squeezed out by a hot pressing die, and the wet embryo is dried to form a semi-finished product.
The semi-finished product after the shaping is transferred to the trimming station, and the excess edge material is removed by a cutter with a cutter.
After trimming, the product is transferred to the inspection process, the inspection worker carries out inspection according to the customer's standard, and the product that does not meet the customer's requirements is picked out. The product that meets the requirements is sent to the sterilization packaging process, and the product is disinfected by the ultraviolet disinfection machine. Packed in a closed aseptic package and placed in the warehouse.
